Sir I Get 20 marks in JEE Main exam and I belongs to OBC category will I get NIT Nagpur college? can I fill JEE Advanced form?

You cannot apply for JEE Advanced.
Neither you can get a seat in any NIT's.
You should probably try preparing for other entrances or take a drop.
