First of all Sports Reservation is not considered in medical counselling.
Last year, the admission cut-offs for governmnent medical colleges in andhra Andhra Pradesh were higher than 396. So if same same trend continues, then you do not have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
But, there are few private dental colleges that have admission cut-offs lower than or equal to 396. So you can try there.
