sir I got medical college in neet 2020 by 1 round Up counselling but I am looking for upgradation, can you please tell how to register for UP scholarship because it last daye is 2 dec untill then my upgradation procedure will not be completed?

For Scholarship and Fee reimbursement by Uttar Pradesh Government, You can register online on the official website: scholarship.up.gov.in
I think Date has been extended for the Scholarship Registration that is 15th December 2020 (Please Cross check this by Reading PDF of Schedule available on the website).
So If date has been extended then you don't need to worry, you can wait till upgradation of your College. Result for Round 2 Allotments of U.P NEET Counselling will be declared before 15th December 2020.
