If your probable score is around 531 then you can admission in KPC medical college, Jadavpur. Last year, admission under UR category was taken under the score of 477. This year, the cutoff may go high. NEET 2019 Result will be announced by June 5, 2019, and the exact cutoff will be revealed after the result is released.

Well in order to get into the college you want you need to score between 580-590 marks of you belong to general category and want to get a seat through all India quota. So I guess it would be quite a difficult task.
Well since you mentioned that your domicile is rajasthan then why dont you try via 85 percent state quota. I know that chances are less but who knows you may get a government seat in the mop up round.
