Firstly congratulations for the result.....
Its really a very good result coming to the allocation of seat always your state rank must match the no.of seats in your state and as you got 85% in your state mostly you would be reached 50percentile I think and don't worry u would be sure getting a seat....last year cut off was around 300in general category free seat in MBBS all over India while coming to payment it was 118
