The eligibility criteria depends upon the colleges as you have not mentioned any, I would mention the criteria which is seen in general trends:

To be eligible for Bachelors in Pharmacy course, one should clear class 12 board exams with 50% aggregate marks along with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics. In addition,  students who have completed their three-year diploma in pharmacy or D. Pharma are also eligible to pursue B. Pharmacy.
