Sir I'm getting 29.01 marks in gate ece 2019. Is there any chances to get nit,iit,iiit for mtech/m.s/m.s +phd

As this year gate paper was little easier than last 5 year, considering you general , you have very low chances to get any IITs, NITs for your gate marks.
