According your rank you have least possible chances of getting government college. They give colleges based on following aspects
merit in your CET exam
Merit in your 10th.
Based on your category (caste)
SC/ST/OBC have maximum chances.
In some rare to rare cases only one may get government college.
Don't worry about the allotment of college just keep the best colleges in government and private sectors in web options.
