sir my educational qulification is not so good but my GATE rank is around 1687 should i take one more chance to get any PSU.

You can try because if the only motto is PSUs then it accepts the current year score only so you will have to do that. Otherwise, if you wish to get admission in IITs then you can apply there with previous year score as Gate score is valid for 3 years for getting admission in M.Tech program.
