I can not comment anything on SINGHAD . Being an Alumni of LPU, I can say LPU has it all for a perfect learning environment.

#Let me brief you about the rankings that LPU has to its credit; the latest NIRF (2020) has ranked LPU as top 80 amongst all private and government institutes. MHRD, government and has already fetched many. LPU became the first private university to get the ICAR Accreditation for agriculture courses. Lovely Professional University is such a place where different students come from across the country and form a unique blend and become LPU students. LPU offers all its students an endless scope of opportunities besides just academics excellence and qualities like perseverance, as you will find relevant events happening around the campus halls for every discipline, and extracurricular activities and sports! You will find the LPU grounds spectacular as you will be able to participate in all the coolest sports being played there for both boys and girls.
I’m a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management.

2. Placements-The placements are comparatively high in LPU than Sharda University. About 90% of the students get placed every year in our department. Many well-known companies visit here for placement. If you have a fine knowledge of the subject, you will surely get placed. The highest package goes from 7 Lakhs to 26 Lakhs, and the average is up to 5 Lakhs. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement.There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University.Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. Many companies visit here for placement drive, and it is awarded for the most number of placements in a year.Around 550+ companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. Companies like Microsoft,Amazon,Dell,Dainkin,HCL,Bosch,Samsung are visiting campus for recruitment.

But here in LPU, they conduct so many big events where they call popular celebrities and help their students to feel more alive and energetic, which make the life in LPU more of fun.
6.Cultural clubs:There are many specially designed halls for dance, music, singing, fine arts and for literary clubs with facilities like inbuilt sound system, mirrors, music and singing instruments, props and costumes. These halls are used for rehearsals, preparation for events and competitions.
Hostels:-The first thing that almost parents are concerned about is the safety. And LPU is one campus that takes security of all their students very seriously. There are automated biometric machines that keep a record of each entry and exit in the hostel. Next comes food, the mess here is super hygienic and provides us with quality food four times a day.
The industry exposure that we got during our tenure is commendable. I can clearly see the difference in terms of concept clarity and strong basics at my workplace and I owe it all to my college .

Both of the universities are good at their own place. Here you need to do the comparison . A good university is the one where is good faculty, infrastructure, placements, events etc. By comparing these features you can take the decision. You can visit to websites of both or can visit to campus. One of my known is in LPU in the same course. Reviews are pretty good. But you need to be wise. Take your decision by yourself.
