Dear aspirant!
Well if you are looking for government college like bhu i.e. Banaras hindu university one of the top most famous university in India.
So first of all congrats your marks is Good.
As you belonging from bc class category that a good point for you.
At 516 marks you can definitely try for it although this year cutoff goes higher and varies too.
But still i am suggesting you to go through by state quota counseling process only where your chances are more fair.
But its completely depend upon you only.
