Sir/Madam, I secured 428 in NEET 2018 and I belong to Assam state. Can I aspire to study MBBS either in Guwahati or SIlchar medical College?

With these marks(I assume you belong to General Quota) you are on the borderline.. Yet its certain, you cannot get Guwahati Med. College.. You may get Silchar, Jorhat, Tezpur or Barapeta Med College through state quota..
