PGDM or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a 2 years programme offered by various b-schools in India. PGDM is considered equivalent to the MBA programme. PGDM in Human Resource Management, Banking and Finance Management, Information Technology, Sales and marketing, Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing are some specializations. The basic eligibility for this course is that, the candidate must be a graduate from any recognized institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to this course is based on written ability test, group discussion, personal interview.
