Dear Sachin,
mandatory attendance is 75% without any medical evidence and 50% with medical evidence. Any deviation might not guarantee your presence in the examinations. No matter what the name of the University you have a question regarding, attendance is mandatory unless you are a student through Distance Education. And Chandigarh University is no less with requiring at least 75% every semester.
