Hi aspirant,
Considering the past records, you can only get civil engineering branch in VIT Chennai campus. But you can try in other campuses like Bhopal & AP to get other branches , you can also get ECE branch there. Although those campuses might not be as good as Vellore or Chennai.
Other options can be, you can try in other universities such as SRM or Manipal and try your luck there, they are also good.
