University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS) students have been placed in various companies this academic session with a maximum salary of Rs 16 LPA in Mount Meru Group.

As many as 44 companies participated in the on campus and off-campus placement process this year for various MBA courses.

The second highest package was offered by Jaro Education with a package of Rs 12 LPA. Five students were placed at a package of nine LPA with Practo and another six with a package of Rs 6 LPA with Mahindra Finance.

I don't have idea about UIAMS(PU)Chandigarh for  MBA.I did MBA from Lovely Professional University.The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculties, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA.LPU has recently Marked among Top 50 Best Management Institutes by NIRF ranking 2020. Also, LPU has won National Employability Award 2020.

The eligibility for MBA at LPU is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent and Interview .

The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills.
