what amendments do you suggest to create peace and unity between India and Pakistan?

First of all change their syllabus of History books. Tell them to face the truths about their country after 1947. They are being taught a wrong history itself where they consider gajanawi and gaddafi , the arabic terrorist looted our then country (the whole), Aakhand Bharat. Tell them that they were also the part of that same India.

Democracy need to be strengthened in Pakistan. Army should be a servient to a democratically elected government.

Army would not give away the power so easily. Let there be uprising in Pakistan against army and reinforce democracy.

Let peace negotiation get started between two elected governments. Most likely it will settle with a status quo over Kashmir border. Accept LOC as permanent border and stop interference in each other territories.

Pakistan to clean all terrorisim breeding area against India. If demanded, handover Haji Mohammed Saeed, Mansour Azhar and Dawood Ibrahim to India.

A referendum to be done in Pakistan, to endorse peace negotiation accepting LOC as international border. My belief that Pakistani will opt for peace and their welfare over Kashmir dispute.

The referendum would prevent any future Pakistan government or Army to go against settled peace negotiations.
