what are open general seats in neet counselling ??????

Hello Aspirant,
In the NEET counselling, there are some open category seats which means any candidate can apply for that seats either they belong to General/SC/ST/OBC Category etc. It means that caste/social status has no effect on open category. Open category is generally considered for all the caste.
