Hey,
You can get admission in optometry colleges by giving NEET examination, AIIMS, JNU entrance exam, DU entrance examination, etc.
It all depends on the university you want to get admission in.
Some of the top colleges for are as follows: AllIndiaInstituteof Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi
For government college, NEET and AIIMS are the entrance exam you will have to give. Also, B.sc optometry is a 3 year course and you must have completed 10+2 for eligibility.

The Optometry is a undergraduate course, including eye care. Its eligibility is minimum 50% aggregate in 12th with physics, chemistry and biology.
There is a relevant exam conducted by colleges for admission in this course.
