What if I didn't got my dream college in first cutoff du and in later cutoffs i qualify gor my dream college. Can i change?.

Dear Aspirant,
That is the whole purpose of rounds. If you didn't get the college of your choice or if you didn't get any college at all then you could look forward to further rounds. However, if you are aiming at the top colleges like Stephens, LSR, then chances decrease exponentially with subsequent rounds as almost all of their seats get filled up in the first round itself.
