    Hi,

    According to the official brochure, it was necessary for the academic fee to be paid to confirm your allotment in round 1 or to participate in the next round. Without paying the academic fee, you will not be able to participate in the further rounds of counselling. I would advise you to contact their helpdesk to know if there is any possibility for participation in the counselling process.
