Common Entrance Test ( CET ) is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year of full-time courses in medical, dental and engineering courses in professional colleges the various states of India.
Various states conduct the paper differently, for example consider the state of Maharastra, it conducts MHCET, the exam pattern consists of 3 question papers of three 4 subjects, 1st paper contains maths, 2nd paper contains physics and chemistry and final paper contains botany and zoology.
