JEE mains cutoffs for IIITs is determined on the basis of All India Ranks(AIR) and JEE mains result.For 23 IIITs ,the cutoff is released separately for each category as per the programs offered by each of the participating institutions.Just go through the link provided below ,you can get the cutoff previous years for reference:
