Hello Lakshmi, Nativity certificate is basically a proof that you belong to a certain state, its just a proof of your domicile status. Normally your class 10 marksheet with permanent address can also act as nativity certificate but do check the official NEET website as what exactly they want as proof of domicile.
And it is required during NEET counselling to get seat in state medical college against your state rank and state quota
