Dear Nikhil,
To take admission in MBBS colleges there are only three entrance exams- NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER.
NEET - To be eligible you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB in general category in your 12th class
AIIMS - To be eligible you should have 60% aggregate marks in PCB and English in general category in 12th class.
JIPMER - To be eligible you should have 60% aggregate marks in PCB in general category in class 12th
