Hi Pravin!This is Neeraj Atluri.I will give you a simple answer for your question.IIT's are governement colleges where students who had scored best marks will be given admission.So many MNC(Multi National Companies) like to visit IIT's.But in other colleges you cant find the best students. So Odinary companies visit those colleges for placements.
