Hi Saruu,
The eligibility criteria for the mop-up round of counseling of APICET 2019 is the same as that for the normal course of counseling, i.e., the eligibility criteria laid out by the AP ICET eligibility guidelines.
If you have not been allotted a seat in the normal course of counseling process then you can choose to apply for the mop-up round of counseling by filling out the mop-up counseling registration form and by paying the counseling fee.
