Hello Aspirant, CUSAT means Cochin University of Science and Technology.For applying to B.Tech courses
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects in 10+2.
Candidates applying for B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology at CUSAT CAT must have passed their class 12 with minimum 60 aggregate score in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combined.Also, candidate must have scored minimum 55% individually in Mathematics.
B.Tech. in Naval Architecture & Ship Building
Students must have scored minimum 60% aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their Class 12 from Kerala board or any other equivalent board or University.Candidate must have compulsorily studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their qualifying examination.Along with 60% aggregate score in PCM, candidates must individually score minimum 50 % marks in Mathematics.
B.Tech in Marine Engineering
Candidates must have attained minimum 60% score in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their class 12 passed from Kerala board or any other equivalent board or university.Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects in their qualifying examination.Candidates must have scored minimum 50% score in English subject in their class 10 or 12. Students must note that this eligibility criteria has to be fulfilled by SC/ST candidates also.Along with the above given eligibility condtions, candidates will also be required to produce a physical and eye fitness certificate from Medical Examiners approved by DG Shipping. This certificate has to be produced at the time of admission.
