What is the eligibility to take Admission in Diploma Course from any Private college?

Diploma course will be of three years, after the Diploma the students can directly join the 2nd year in UG ( Under Graduation) or else a postgraduate diploma can be opted for after attaining the diploma degree if not a job.
The minimum qualification to get into a diploma course is clearing of Secondary school that is SSC with at least 35% in maths and science. The entrance exam name is POLYCET . The student will get admissions in the colleges based on the marks secured by them.
The courses offered in the Diploma are,
Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Diploma in Information Science, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering and
Diploma in Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

For having admission in diploma colleges you need to passed in secondary school leaving certificate/ 10th standard/equivalent examinationand for that you need to have at least 35% in science and mathematics and talking about equivalent examination so this examination is conducted by the state board of education in India.
