Its the seat reserved for the Students in their state.Suppose u frm Delhi so 85% Seats Of Delhi Medical Colleges (Govt.) are reserved for Delhi Candidates (The one who hold domicile of particular state). This Rule applicable for All states. Whether it is Bihar, UP, Maharashtra, WB etc.
