SASTRA UNIVERSITY is a private university that offers many engineering courses including aerospace engineering, bioengineering, mechatronics etc. As per the admission for B tech is concerned admission programs are conducted under two streams and all the applicants will be eligible for both the streams and a single form is sufficient for both streams.
1-stream1 (based on JEE main 2018 scores and +2 marks) for 70% of seats
2- stream2(based on +2 marks) for 30% of seats
Admissions on 70% of seats are based on JEE MAIN 2018 scores and normalized +2 marks, the weightage for JEE Main scores and +2 marks will be 25% & 75% respectively by the combination of both student will get a SASTRA Rank and admissions will be based on SASTRA rank. Application forms are available from MARCH 25 to JUNE 9 (5 pm) rank list will be released on the same day on 9 pm and the councelling procedure will start from 21 june.
