LPU receives highest NAAC grade i.e. A++ with 3.68 crore on 4 point scale as per the Ministry of Education , Government of India .

LPU offers  B.Sc. (Design - Fashion) programme which has the duration of 3 years. It provides students with extensive input in both the design and technology which is necessary to begin a career in fashion industry.

The eligibility of programme is - Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or UCEED or Under Graduate NID DAT (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT or NIFT B.FTech.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

The programme fees per semester is 120000 INR , which will be reduced after getting scholarship in LPUNEST test . Apart from LPUNEST , university offers number of other scholarships which are as follows -

• Eligibility Qualification: (for example, on the basis of performance in10+2 for Undergraduate Programmes and graduation for PG Programmes)
• LPU’s Entrance and Scholarship Test: LPUNEST
• Work experience based scholarship for MBA
• Certain National Level Tests (like JEE (Mains), NEET, UCEED, CAT, MAT, GATE, GPAT, MAT etc.)
• Scholarship based on Innovation, Startup & Entrepreneurship

Fashion Designing is considered as one of the most exciting and demanded career options in India. A thorough career in Fashion Designing cannot be achieved only with academics. It requires a deep passion for fabric, inner talents, styling and designing, and industrial exposure, etc.As per my friend study experience in same course she said she worked on latest designs and got very good exposure.

Aspirants can pursue Fashion Design as a course at the undergraduate or even at the postgraduate level at LPU. Apart from this, aspirants can even pursue  Diploma  in the field of Fashion Design at LPU. In order to become a Fashion Designer one should consider pursuing a bachelor’s degree in design.
