What is the Total number of days of paid vacations for Neurosurgeons in the USA and India?

Ram, the concept of holidays and paid leaves is different in each Country. And unlike in India, the US Health care system is different. Each State has different laws. So we cannot compare the leave system of the US to that of India. And even in India, the paid leaves are different for Central Govt. Employees, State Govt. Employees and Private Employees. For self practitioners, there is no paid leave system because they manage their own clinic. And the policies are different for Foreign workers and Citizens in any country and so we cannot compare them.
