they specifically start by asking you the topics that you are comfortable with from Maths (eg Matrix, Determinants, whatever that you have studied in graduation) and Computers (eg Data structure, Operating System etc.).
But, you must have thorough knowledge of that specific topic.
The best way to know about your specific course's interview is to get in touch with a senior, or go a day before your interview and ask the interviewees (if the schedule is divided into days, and yours doesn't fall on the very first day.)
