Sorry but for admissions to any of the AIIMS you need to give AIIMS Exam which is conducted by AIIMS itself. Admisions through NEET is not possible.

Hi.
These are 2 different exams for same field that is for medical . AIIMS exam is only for AIIMS college while as NEET is necessary for government, private or foreign college entry. AIIMS exam and NEET exam are 2 different exams with different paper set but syllabus will be same. It is not necessary that you must qualify NEET exam for AIIMS paper but if you are not qualified you will need more hard work so that you can get a set in AIIMS. Though its not impossible but hard goal try to achieve it.

AIIMS and JIPMER are exempted from NEET. These two take admissions through the exam they conduct and not through NEET. But there are many other colleges that you can consider taking admission through NEET. Although NEET is single entrance exam for MBBS / BDS admission in all medical and dental colleges in India, however AIIMS and JIPMER conduct their own entrance exams for admission to these courses.You have to appear separately in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam for admission to AIIMS and similarly In JIPMER MBBS Entrance exam for admission to JIPMER courses.
