What type of collage I might expect with 520 marks in neet? I am a general category student and want answers in a broad aspect Including both MBBS and BDS and these ranks, I know that I won't get govt college...what choices do I have in private/semi govt college in and out of my domicile Bihar.

You are right. Government colleges are a little out of scope. However you should be able to qualify for good semi-private or private colleges for both MBBS and BDS. I am attaching a college predictor link that you can use.
It is my sincere advice to research your college, bond requirements, local language for colleges outside your state and fee structure before you fill in your options in the counselling.
