Dear Arif, there is no separate cut off for girls from Jammu and Kashmir. The reservation for J&K NEET is as follows:
Open Merit: 50%
SC: 8%
ST: 11%
Weak and Underpriviliged classes: 2%
RBA: 20%
ALC: 3%
Children of defense personnel: 3%
Children of Para military and State Police Personnel: 1%
Sports Quota: 10%
Your cut off will be the cut off of your Category. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 440
SC: 361
ST: 266
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:

There is 50 % reservation for females in JK . Please update your information. Also we can say that at this point in time there is no clue unless the BOPEE comes up with the merit list. Thanks
There 'was' reservation for girls. But now it isn't there. You can check the official website for confirmation.
