Hello Hardik,
Since 2.5% would be deducted on stream change and 2.5% would be deducted on Physical Edu. On total 5% would be deducted from your best of four, which makes it 89% (your total marks/maximum marks multiplied by 100 minus 5%)
However, if you wish to apply from ECA Quota, Physical Education would be counted as a List A subject and no deduction would be made and your best of four would be 92.5%
It is upto you for whichever the way you may wish to apply.
