The marks which you have scored is quite impressive and your rank is is very good. So according to your rank there is very high possibility that you might get the seat under category-1 itself in Chennai and many other VIT campus but also your desired field which you have to choose will also be very important like for CSE branch the competition is quite high so in that case you might get little difficulty due to its high demand but at the end your trying should be must.
