Hello Aspirant,
See there is no any common cut-off for any specific branch but the cut-offs are for determining the eligibility for JEE-Advance like the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
- Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile
- GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile
- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile
- Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50- 55 Percentile
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40- 45 Percentile
- PwD - 1-2 Percentile
So if the candidate of any of the above category would be able to secure the above mentioned percentile (expected) then he/she would only be able to appear for JEE-Advance and CSE is offered in different institutes and different institutes have different cut-offs so you have to check for which college you are targeting. With General category if you are seeking admission in any NIT in CSE branch then you should aim for CRL under 20,000 .
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-
