To get admission in IGIMS, your NEET score should be minimum 500+ under state quota seats. However the cutoff changes every year depending on the number of candidates appearing in the exam and related factors. You need to keep a high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more.. which will get you Admission in your desired college. So prepare well and study smart.!
