BE and Btech admissions are granted based on the JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores by most of the colleges. So, you need to appear for the JEE Main exam, and after the result, admissions are given based on the rank achieved in the entrance test.
JEE Main is held twice: in January and April. Thereafter, Admissions are provided through counselling, which begins in June.
Apart from this, some colleges also provide admissions based on the state-level exams, such as MHT CET, AP EAMCET, and WBJEE.
