when i will fill my online form for du bsc maths hons then will they ask me choice of language or they will calculate on their own basis?

DU application forms have been opened now. You can check out for your specific course on the website of DU for the link of Registration and further admission procedures.
They will be asking your Best four subjects percentage of your intermediate that should include three main subjects ( including the subject you want to pursue) and also a language subject, according to which your medium will automatically be selected.

No, you will be provided option to add the subjects of your choice. In best four subjects, you have to add the subject in which you want to pursue hons, one language subject, and two other equivalent subjects.
