All the end term examination results that can has been declared can be found here : http://www.ipu.ac.in/exam_datesheet.php
Other examination related notices can be found here: http://www.ipu.ac.in/exam_notices.php
If they have not declared the end term result for the particular subject you are looking for then wait for them to upload here. It is not possible to predict when a university will release it's results but if they do, you can find it in the links I gave you.

I am afraid I cannot predict this. Since this is the university's internal decision. A lot of results have been posted, check the links I have you.
Result already delayed a lot so little bit of hint about result will be useful
