when Maharashtra mop up raund registration started, please suggest me for mop up counselling offline or online??

this third raund is mop up raund? or online application form,mop up raund not require domicile

Document verification will be there if you have been alloted a college first time. Also the mop up round will start from today till 24th Aug.
