Once NEET results have been released and the merit list has come out before attending the NEET counselling you should attend any of the Disability Assessment Centres mentioned in the Information Bulletin and attend the medical examination conducted by the medical panel. This is mandatory even if you have certificate issued by the Government of India. This is MCC Norm.
