when will lpu start its course curriculum in 2020

The Academic Session 2020-21 has been already started from the Month of August in the online Mode. Due to the Covid-19 situation all the work has been shifted in online mode.

LPU is also using the online Platform for the Admission Process and Online Classes.

Lovely Professional University is making the best efforts to provide the quality education. LPU is using the online platform for the Admission Services and classes.

Myclass, LPUTouch and UMS platforms are used to provide the online assistance for the Academics and classses. From the admission process to Time Table of classes, Attendance, Lecture Notes, Assignments, Projects, Assessment Tests all are available in Online platform

Already LPU started it's 1st online batch for 2020 session in August month and then looking into COVID 19 situation and government guidelines passed by UGC and NCERT started it's second batch in November for freshers of 2020.Both batches for freshers are ongoing in online mode only and course curriculum details are shared with all students and in detail information for same given to all students and well guided by their subject faculties.LPU will abide by the rules and regulations put in by the MHRD for classes in university.

To resume physical classes updates are not out yet so students need to wait for a while.

As off now the tentative schedule prescribed by Govt is to start classes of older batches after August 1 and new batches on September 1

The government of India is also concerned with the session in the universities.

LPU will start as soon as the govt allows with whatever conditions, as the campus has already been prepared for the social distancing norms and other rules pertaining to Covid-19.

There has been no official intimation from the Government of India, when colleges can reopen or start for the incoming batches. With most entrance exams delayed to August end, the colleges would open in September at the earliest. However, nothing can be said as that depends on how the COVID situation evolves.
