WHERE to take admission in any of the colleges in Bangalore for BTech where I may not get CS or IT OR to take admission in LNCT BHOPAL (CS)?

Always go for the branch in which you have interest. Never go with the world . So take CSE if you like it or go for other branch. If you go for the branch in which you don't have intrest than you will not even be able to get good marks in semester exam.

LNCT bhopal is a very good if not the better private colleges, and frankly speaking bangalore as a hub of engineering education is a tad bit overrated. If your passion is to pursue CSE, go for LNCT, but if you are negotiable with the branch, then you can always go to any private college in bangalore.
