Hi Vaibhav, LNCT is an average college in Bhopal. While, Chandigarh Engineering College is a subsidiary of CU. I may not be in viable state to judge LNCT bhopal but I can tell you about CEC. They are trying well but they really need to grow in the genre of Education, research and development. If you take my advice then you should put few more names in your comparison list.

I would say,Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants.
