Which is better among IMS noida and XUB MBA RM

IMS Noida is not a very good option for pursuing management education. The fees for the entire PGDM program is nearly 6.92 lakhs and it offers specializations on marketing, finance, HR and IT. In the 2nd year students get some knockout specializations also like International Business, BFS/Equity and Commodity, Digital marketing etc. The academics is quite good. But the placements are not up to the mark. Very few companies visit the campus and mostly the job roles they offer are that of sales. Some students do get placed but that is through either pool campusing or walk in interviews. The average package offered is nearly 2-3 lakhs.

XSRM is the college under XUB that offers a specialization on Rural Management. It is one of the most sought after colleges for recruiting professionals of Rural Management. The fees for the entire course is nearly 15.9 lakhs. The academics and placements are also very good. Almost all the students get placed with an average compensation package of 7-8 lakhs.
Reputed companies like Amul, ICICI, HDFC,Ujjivan, Bharti AXA, Arohan Financial Services and some other NBFC MFIs visit the campus for CSR and other roles.

So in every way XSRM is good but it is for Rural Management only. XUB has other colleges like XIMB which offers the general management course and XAHR which offers the Human Resource Management program.
